Courses:

We do not offer refunds for courses (including the registration fee). Please carefully consider your schedule and commitment before enrolling. Under special circumstances, you may be allowed to transfer your enrollment to an eligible companion. A nominal administrative fee might apply for such transfers.

Training, Workshops & Webinars

Payments made for any training sessions, workshops, or webinars are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule or transfer your seat to a future session/cohort.
